Big milestones start with little movements! “Little Movers” is a fun, play-based class designed to help toddlers and preschoolers build the foundational movement skills they need to grow with confidence. Through games, obstacle courses, music, balance activities, and imaginative play, children will develop gross motor skills like running, jumping, climbing, balancing, and hopping, while also strengthening fine motor skills through hands-on activities that improve coordination and control. Along the way, little movers will practice listening, following directions, taking turns, and building confidence in a positive, encouraging environment. Every activity is designed to support healthy physical, social, and cognitive development while making movement fun! This class is perfect for curious, energetic little ones who love to move, explore, and learn through play. *Designed for ages 2–4. No experience is needed—just comfortable clothes, a water bottle, and a big smile!*
