If you've walked the scour pad along downtown Bay St. Louis, work is set to resume Nov. 7 on the boardwalk being built on top of it. It will extend the ADA-accessible walkway more than 500 feet, from Demontluzin Avenue to Ulman Avenue. Principal engineer Jason Chiniche says the second half of phase two should take about six months.
