- ➤ The Ocean Springs Chamber of Commerce Main Street Tourism Bureau announced the winners of the Blue Moon Art Project — Ginger Woechan won for her piece 'Once in a Blue Moon' that will be featured at next year's Peter Anderson Festival and in Blue Moon promotions while Adam Plitt earned the People’s Choice award for his work 'Moon Beach'. - ➤ Thirty-four Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College students each received an $800 scholarship from a $27,200 fund raised when members rounded up their bills – the Round up for Education program supports members and their families attending community college in Mississippi. WXXV 25
