The Ocean Springs Chamber of Commerce Main Street Tourism Bureau announced the winners of the Blue Moon Art Project — Ginger Woechan won for her piece 'Once in a Blue Moon' that will be featured at next year's Peter Anderson Festival and in Blue Moon promotions while Adam Plitt earned the People’s Choice award for his work 'Moon Beach'.

Thirty-four Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College students each received an $800 scholarship from a $27,200 fund raised when members rounded up their bills – the Round up for Education program supports members and their families attending community college in Mississippi.
