A Lucedale sculptor turned Walter Anderson's art into two Ocean Springs birds
The Daily Biloxi team
Phil Proctor grew up in Lucedale, left to build a career as a sculptor and has come back to the Mississippi Coast to work from designs by Walter Anderson, an artist he's admired since childhood. He created two large-scale bird sculptures: a pelican and a shearwater.
