About this event
This monthly 45-minute restorative class is a relaxed series of passive stretches on the reformer and the mat, with the focus on lengthening the muscles and fascia. The movements are held longer than traditional Pilates classes to provide the muscles ample time to lengthen and restore the tissue. It includes10-15min foam roller and stretching on the mat to finish.
