Brandon Kenyon is a versatile Gulf Coast musician that has been in the local music scene for a decade now. He’s known for his former membership with Blackwater Brass, and his current membership with both Royal Horses and Flying Raccoon Suit. While his main instrument with the aforementioned groups has been the trumpet, Brandon will be performing this Saturday as a singer/songwriter with his acoustic guitar. Performing both covers and originals, he’s bringing his own signature sound to the gig, along with lots of improvisational moments. Through a practical employment of looping, Brandon is able to layer chords and take leads with both his guitar and trumpet. Coupled with his soulful voice, attendees will find themselves enjoying a unique, one-of-a-kind listening experience.
