- ➤ The Biloxi Shuckers, partnering with Home of Grace and Showtime Sports, announced construction of a new softball field at Home of Grace Addiction Recovery named after team ambassador Barry Lyons — the team will fund materials, labor and train staff to host tournaments, practices and fellowship events. GOVERNMENT NEWS
- ➤ Hunters in Mississippi will be able to purchase the new Wild Turkey Stamp beginning Jan. 15 for the spring season (the stamp funds wild turkey restoration and research) as residents pay $10 and nonresidents pay $100, and digital game checks are issued upon purchase. Gazebo Gazette
