Students at Our Lady Academy collected 5,200 canned goods during its (Can the Teacher) drive to combat holiday food insecurity; the items were delivered to St. Clare Catholic Church’s St. Vincent de Paul Society for distribution in Hancock County and neighboring areas.

The Mississippi Department of Wildlife, Fisheries, and Parks invites students from kindergarten to grade 12 to submit original artwork + creative writing for the Wildlife Forever Fish Art and Creative Writing competition.
Entries must be submitted by Feb. 28.
