The Gulf Coast Veterans Parade will roll through Downtown Gulfport this weekend at 11 a.m.—an event honoring veterans—and is scheduled to travel a set route through downtown.

The 47th annual Peter Anderson Arts & Crafts Festival will take place in downtown Ocean Springs on Saturday and Sunday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. The free event will feature live music, art vendors, demonstrations, a marine education area, and a children’s market, with several streets closed for shuttle and accessible parking.

John Carter and Randy Richardson announced that the MS Sneaker Culture Convention will be held on November 16 at the MGCCC Hospitality Center on the Harrison County Campus.

VIP access costs $25 (10:30 a.m. to 12 p.m.) and general admission is $10 (12 p.m. to 5 p.m.).

The d'Iberville Warriors shut out the Biloxi Indians 28—0 today at Warrior Stadium after a strong second quarter; both teams are headed to the playoffs—d'Iberville as the three seed and Biloxi as the four seed.
