- ➤ Andre Hollis, the Mississippi State Parks director, was honored with the prestigious Canadian Bear Trap Award for 28 years of dedicated service—he is the first Mississippian to receive this honor in 40 years—awarded by the National Association of State Park Directors. WXXV 25
- ➤ On Thursday, the D’Iberville Police Department received a donation from Acadian Ambulance and Charles Wise—this donation included medical bags with gauze, medical scissors, bandages and supplies to help officers quickly provide first aid when needed. Police officials said the gesture shows strong teamwork between Acadian and the police to keep the community safe. WXXV 25
