- ➤ Biloxi has eight casino hotel resort operators and three new sites received casino approval from the Mississippi Gaming Commission. Mayor FoFo Gilich said the approvals — at the Tullis Site near the Ohr-O’Keefe Museum, the old Tivoli site near the Biloxi Yacht Club, and at RW Development along Highway 90 and Veterans Avenue — are only the first step toward future growth in the gaming industry.
