GOVERNMENT NEWS
- ➤ The Coast Transit Authority has adjusted bus service for Scrapin the Coast scheduled for June 20th through 22nd because of heavy Highway 90 traffic — a temporary express route will take passengers nonstop between the Gulfport and Biloxi transit centers while other routes see schedule changes. - ➤ The Biloxi City Council approved Ordinance Nos. 2583, 2584 and 2585 on June 10 — which update building and fire codes by adopting sections of the 2024 International Building and Fire Codes and the 2020 ICC high-wind standard — and copies are available for free at the Council Clerk, Public Library and Community Development Building.
