  • On Memorial Day, families and military leaders gathered at Biloxi National Cemetery for an official wreath laying ceremony to honor the sacrifices of U.S. service members.   • We are one week away from municipal elections in South Mississippi—Gulfport’s race is between Hugh Keating and Sonya Williams Barnes while Gautier holds a rematch between incumbent Mayor Casey Vaughan and former Mayor Phil Torgusen.
