- ➤ Mississippi engineers and specialists powered the historic Artemis II mission with RS-45 engines tested at Stennis Space Center. The spacecraft launched from Kennedy Space Center, splashed down safely, and was welcomed by the USS John P. Murtha — built in Pascagoula — as plans for future Artemis launches build momentum.
