- ➤ On Thursday, Apr. 16 from 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., CASA of South Mississippi will swear in nine new volunteer advocates at the Knight Nonprofit Center in Gulfport + Judge Michael Dickinson and Judge Sean Courtney will lead the ceremony as the volunteers, who completed over 30 hours of training, prepare to support children in foster care. - ➤ The Parkinson’s Foundation is hosting a fundraiser tomorrow from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. at four Coast Raising Cane’s locations (Pascagoula, Ocean Springs, Biloxi, and Gulfport); customers just need to mention the fundraiser or use the code ‘R-C-FUND 96’ when ordering for a 15-percent donation.
