- ➤ USM partnering with the University of New Hampshire and the Dauphin Island Sea Lab deployed AquaFort, an offshore floating aquaculture platform, two miles off Dauphin Island in early November; the platform will raise red drum, oysters & Gracilaria seaweed for sustainable seafood production during the upcoming grow-out season.
